The Reserve Evanston is a great place to live. The maintenance crew led by Oscar is great, very timely, knowledgeable and responsive. Lizette and Cynthia are amazing property managers. They are always seeking new ways to enrich the living experience for the tenants with food trucks, pool events, and fun monthly challenges. They provide snacks, drinks, and dog treats for the tenants. But nothing beats their bright welcoming smiles whenever you go to the leasing office. Arriving early and sometimes leaving late, yet they still offer an open door policy for any questions and requests from tenants. I do wish The Reserve corporate would approve 3 things for Evanston location. 1. Better Garage System (Ex: Butterfly System) 2. Electric Car Charging in Garage 3. Quarterly or Semi-Annually Exterior Window Cleaning Lizette, Cynthia, and Oscar more than makeup for any of the wishes above though. With them there I would absolutely recommend others to the Reserve Evanston and already have.

Great place to live at Evanston. Home are spacious and well furnished. The management staff is prompt and super helpful and the property is maintained well.

I have been living here over two years. I really like having a washer and dryer in unit. Also it is nice to have a heated garage and elevator . The staff is excellent . Maintenance response very quickly. The decor of lounge and outside is really nice. Very quiet building .

The management team are great! They always respond to my inquiries in a timely manner. The cleaning staff would even greet me in the hallway which makes me feel really warm. Great apartment! Highly recommend!

We rented a three bedroom apartment at the Reserve for about seven months. The floor plan made excellent use of the space and the apartment was very comfortable. The building was well managed. Communication from the property manager Kayla was always very professional and pleasant - prompt, polite, clear and comprehensive - in the run up to our stay, during our stay, and also for move out. Oscar and his team did a great job at responding to maintenance requests!
