APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Evanston

I’ve really enjoyed living here! One of my favorite things is the location — the shuttle bus is literally right outside the property, which makes getting around so convenient. NU is close by, and Target, restaurants, and other stores are all within walking distance, so it’s really easy to get around without having to drive everywhere. I also really appreciate how helpful Cynthia and Michael have been. They’re friendly, approachable, and always willing to help when something comes up. It makes a big difference having management that you feel comfortable reaching out to. Overall, it’s been a really nice place to live, and I love the sense of community here. It feels convenient, welcoming, and comfortable — definitely a place I’m happy to call home!! 😊❤️

Love the reserve! Michael the property manager is incredible and it’s very comfortable.

Living here has been a great experience. The people are friendly, the buildings are very clean and organized and the spaces are great.

The staff here is SUPER helpful and friendly. They have made our whole experience so easy. Great location for NU students and easy access to Downtown Evanston!

I love it here honestly 10/10
